      Q4 ECSW Project (look-aheads)

      Winter is Coming.....

      Project Lookahead:
      -DEMA Safford (Military Rennovation, SDC)
      -Perryville Prison (Interior TI, operational facility remodel, SDC)
      -Florence Prison (Inteiror TI, opertaional faility remodel, SDC)
      -ADOE 3rd floor window replacement (Municipal, SDC)
      -Supreme Court (inteiror limited rennovations, ongoing, SDC)
      -AZ Autism (rails, SDC)
      -(Our first) Better Buzz Coffee Shop (New Build Scottsdale, Parkway)
      -7 Starbucks wrapup(New Builds and TI, Americo & KDC)
      -Gorjana, Lily Pulitzer, H&M, 2x Shoe Palace wrap up (Tucson, Scottsdale, Chandler Malls, Hardesty, Mavacon)
      -Phoenix Childrens Hospital (Hospital Rennovation, SDB)
      -Copper Springs (Hospital, Layton)
      -A few homeowner exteirors and interiors (not that the weather is breaking)


      Today 10/14 was our quarterly large "safety meeting." ECSW has been maintaining excellent safety standards which have allowed us to improve upon operational growth and management techniques. Emotional intelligence, organization, communication was covered.

      Our volume of work has increased along with the "fires" and we have not deviated from our standards. I want to thank each and every one of our staff for maintaining high production, and quality in the face of the scheduling adversities!
